• Session replay data (only when separately opted in by user)
• Practice session metrics (topics, scores, duration - anonymized)

Only the text transcript is retained for analysis and feedback. When analytics are enabled, we retain anonymized Usage Data for analysis purposes, except when used to strengthen security, improve functionality, or when legally obligated to retain it for longer periods.

4.1 Service Providers

We employ third-party companies and services to facilitate our Service. These providers process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements:

• Authentication: Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In for secure account access
• Database & Storage: Supabase for secure data storage and authentication
• Subscription Management: RevenueCat for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions
• AI Processing: OpenAI and Anthropic for analyzing your explanations; Deepgram for audio transcription
• Analytics (when enabled): Amplitude for usage analytics and Sentry for error tracking

4.2 Analytics and Error Tracking

When you enable analytics in app settings, we use Amplitude for usage analytics and Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring. This includes:

• Anonymous user behavior and app usage patterns
• Technical performance and error tracking
• Crash reports and diagnostic information
• All data is anonymized and not linked to your personal identity
• Analytics are disabled by default and can be controlled in app settings

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Data Protection Rights

6.1 Access, Correction, and Deletion

You can access, update, or request deletion of your personal information directly within your account settings. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.

6.2 Data Deletion

You can request to delete your data through the "Clear My Data" or "Delete My Account" options in the settings of the application.

6.3 Analytics Control

You can control analytics collection through the app settings:

• Disabled by default: No usage data or session replays are collected initially
• Enable anytime: Turn on analytics to help improve the app with anonymous data
• Disable anytime: Stop all analytics collection immediately
• Session Replay: Separately controlled and requires additional opt-in

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
